ppl, if u haven't realise, we will be having 'slack' trainings in part B year good thing i put the inverted commas to be more specific they will be giving us S.H.I.T aka super hiong intensive tekan also can be known as super hiong intensive training but the previous one really describes S.H.I.T so the thing we lack now is S.H.I.T lol jkjk only so if u dun wanna miss out all the fun in S.H.I.T next year [ aka reporting sick ] press alt F4 and start doin the sets now u no wad i mean and ppl if u wan more S.H.I.T u can always ask the senior which i think u "will" so ppl juz be mentally prepared for all the S.H.I.T we r gonna receive so start kissing the floor now and the word 'no gain' in "no pain no gain" means muscles so start training now u will never know how much S.H.I.T we're gonna receive especially when the S.H.I.T instructors are so generous willin to give us all the S.H.I.T their seniors passed on to them seniors pls forget that u ever read this post cos i think i got enough S.H.I.T already
